A special plant consisting of low frequency 22 kHz ultrasonic atomizer coupled with 40 kW inductive plasma torch. 30-40 micron droplets of 600°C NaOH melt produced by ultrasonic atomizer are injected into inductive plasma torch. The temperature inside the torch reaches 2000° C so that the droplets are evaporated inside the torch.

Displacement pump is used to supply to the ultrasonic atomizer.
